What you are buying
A Habit Sheet is a Google Sheets template. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to make one copy of the template into your own Google Drive account and to use, edit, and extend that copy for your personal or internal-business use.
You may not resell the sheet, redistribute copies, or publish the template as your own work. The template itself remains the intellectual property of Habit Sheets.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic. After a successful purchase, Paddle will redirect you to a confirmation page and we will email a "Make a Copy" link to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery normally occurs within 60 seconds. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, reply to your Paddle receipt or email hello@habitsheets.com.
No warranty
Habit Sheets templates are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the templates will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Your results from using a template depend on your own actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your purchase is capped at the amount you paid for the template. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. All sales are final.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Habit Sheets is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved by reply to hello@habitsheets.com will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
